ParabolicEnvelope accepts a triggers if in resting state. Outputs TriggerAccept.

TriggerAccept can be used to latch parameters for grain.

Rejects trigger if running. Outputs TriggerReject.

TriggerReject can be daisy-chained to other ParabolicEnvelopes.
